*Please note that once plumbed in the top part of the two cupboards will be used for plumbing so space will be reduced, the three drawers will remain fully functional.  The unit will automatically be dispatched without any drill holes so you the customer can make an informed choice of the postion of bowls and taps.  Upon request we can pre-drill the bowl holes for you, please let us know at the time of purchase if you would us to do this for you.*

All of our oak sink units need to be wiped down after use as standing water on the surface of the oak will begin to mark the lacquer.  We advise a regular polishing of the oak with wax to protect the finish of the product.
